Our mail club is organized into 3-month themed collections. Every month, you will receive a brand-new "edition" that explores a new angle of that overarching theme, complete with fresh colors and creative ideas. Every three months, we transition to a completely new creative theme so your collection keeps growing and evolving!

Every month, you will open your mailbox to find a beautifully curated envelope packed with three specific items:

• A Hand-Drawn Artwork: A soft, feminine sketch on a vintage-inspired 5x3 card featuring elegant deckled edges.
• An Original Poem: A brand-new piece of poetry printed right on the back of your art card, designed to intertwine seamlessly with the artwork and central verse.
• A Monthly Letter: A thoughtful, personal letter reflecting on the true meaning and inspiration wrapped inside the month's chosen art and verses.

For Premium Subscribers Only:

• An Exclusive, Intentional Surprise: Along with the artwork, poetry, and monthly letter, Premium subscribers get an extra themed item in their envelope. Every item is deeply intentional—never filler or junk—and is designed to connect beautifully with that month's verse and art print. Think things such as artisanal incense paper, plantable seed paper, a bookmark, or a curated recipe card.

We offer two tiers so you can choose the option that fits you best. Because we care deeply about quality, that small price difference is necessary to help us source thoughtful, beautifully made items for our premium tier. We want every single surprise to feel intentional, rather than just extra fluff.

• The Standard Subscription ($9/month): Includes your beautifully curated envelope with our signature hand-drawn art card, original poem, and personal letter.
• The Premium Subscription ($12/month): Includes everything in the standard package, plus one extra thoughtful item. This is always a useful, intentional surprise—such as artisanal incense paper, plantable seed paper, a bookmark, or a curated recipe card.

Collections are simply the way we organize our monthly editions. Each collection explores a single, consistent theme broken down into three distinct monthly packages.

Gifted memberships are a one-time purchase that allows you to pay for a subscription in advance, rather than being on a recurring monthly billing cycle.

You can choose between three different timeframes:3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.This option is perfect for giving a loved one a thoughtful, monthly surprise in their mailbox. It is also a wonderful choice for anyone who simply wants to pay in advance and bypass the recurring monthly charges altogether.

To help you know exactly when to look for your envelope in the mailbox, here is how our shipping and delivery cycles work:

• Our Shipping Schedule: All mail club envelopes are carefully prepared and sent out during the first week of the following month.

• The Monthly Cutoff (27th): To receive the upcoming edition, you must sign up by the 27th of the month. Orders placed after the 27th will skip ahead to the following edition’s cycle.For example: If you join between September 1st and September 27th, your very first package will be the October edition, which ships out during the first week of October. If you join after September 27th, your first package will be the November edition.

• Delivery Timelines: Once your envelope is on its way, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders to arrive in your mailbox.

To keep your subscription costs as affordable as possible, we send our mail club envelopes using standard USPS First-Class Mail and International Letter Post. Because these ship just like a traditional letter, tracking is not available.

We use standard letter mail to keep everything affordable, which means that every now and then, an envelope might get a little bent or lost on its way to you.

If your package arrives damaged, or if it still hasn’t popped up in your mailbox after14 business days(for U.S. orders) or21 business days(for international orders) from our ship date, please don't worry! Just reach out to us at dearpotterspoet@conveyingchristianity.com or head over to our contact page, and we will happily send a fresh replacement your way.

You can log into your member profile at any time to update your address. To make sure your next package goes to the correct home, please update your details before the1st of the month, as we cannot redirect mail once it has shipped.Just to be completely sure your envelope makes it to your new mailbox, please send us a quick note at dearpotterspoet@conveyingchristianity.com or fill out our contact form after updating your profile so we can double-check it for you!

Your membership will automatically renew and bill on the very same day each month as your original sign-up date.

You can easily update your email, subscription tier, and billing details at any time by logging into your member profile. Our customer portal gives you full control to manage all of your account settings and preferences whenever you need to!
